Navigating Justice: Métis Justice Institute and Métis CFS Authority's Interview of Elder Reid Hartry

The Métis Justice Institute and Métis Child and Family Services Authority have developed a partnership to ensure youth and social workers of our Agencies have a support navigating the criminal justice system.

This partnership provides access to a youth justice navigator who works with MCFS to be a supportive auxiliary and a conduit of information to bridge the gap between the criminal justice system and the child welfare system. The partnership received two-year funding from the Toronto Metropolitan University with hopes it will be extended.
